Welcome to Fude Forever! By accessing or using our website, www.fudeforever.com, and our catering services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. Services Provided Fude Forever provides catering services for micro shoots, media production, corporate events, and boutique parties. The scope of each catering engagement, including menus, pricing, and delivery arrangements, will be determined through direct consultation with the client and is subject to mutual agreement.

3. Booking and Payments

  • Quotations: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.
  • Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed once we receive a signed service agreement and a deposit payment.
  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required no later than 7 days before the event date. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.
  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total service fee is required to secure the booking. In the event of a cancellation, this deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel services with a minimum of 14 days’ notice prior to the event to receive a partial refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. For cancellations made within 14 days of the event, no refunds will be provided.

4. Pricing and Service Limitations All pricing listed or quoted on www.fudeforever.com is subject to change. Pricing may vary based on factors such as event size, customization requests, dietary restrictions, or special requirements. Fude Forever reserves the right to adjust prices and service offerings at its sole discretion.

5. Menu Customization and Dietary Requirements Fude Forever offers customizable menus to accommodate dietary preferences and allergies. Clients must provide dietary requirements no later than 14 days before the event date. We will make every reasonable effort to meet these requirements but cannot guarantee that our dishes are free from all allergens. The client is responsible for informing attendees of any potential allergen exposure.

6. Delivery and Setup

  • Delivery Scope: We deliver within the agreed-upon area for each event. Additional fees may apply for venues outside our standard service area.
  • Setup and Breakdown: Setup and breakdown services are included in the catering fee, with specific setup times agreed upon in advance. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the event venue is accessible at the agreed setup time.
  • Liability: Fude Forever is not responsible for any delays or inability to deliver due to circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, traffic incidents, or venue accessibility issues.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

  • Service Liability: Fude Forever is committed to providing high-quality service and food safety. However, we cannot be held liable for damages or health issues arising from factors outside our control, including third-party handling of food after delivery.
  • Venue Liability: Fude Forever assumes no responsibility for damage to the event venue or property, unless directly caused by our staff’s negligence.
  • Food Safety: Leftover food may be provided at the client’s request; however, Fude Forever is not liable for food safety once it has left our custody and control. Proper refrigeration and storage are the client’s responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Website Content: All content on www.fudeforever.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials, is the property of Fude Forever and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of website content is prohibited.
  • Client’s Use of Content: Any materials provided by Fude Forever, including menus and event photos, are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or publicly displayed without our prior written consent.
