- Cancellations: Orders canceled more than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery time may qualify for a full refund dependant on any expenses already incurred by Fude Forever.
- Partial Refunds for Cancellations: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be issued at Fude Forever’s discretion, dependant on any expenses already incurred by Fude Forever..
- Non-Refundable Orders: Orders canceled within 24 hours of the delivery time or same-day orders are non-refundable due to preparation and resource commitments.
2. Return Conditions Due to the perishable nature of our food products, returns are generally not accepted unless:
- There is an error in the order (e.g., incorrect items delivered).
- Products arrive damaged or do not meet quality standards as determined by Fude Forever.
